Seeing The REAL me!!

I am Dana. I am a stay at home momma, have been for the past 8 years. I am married to an amazing man! I have always been that girl, the big one, and really when I look back at pictures - I lied to myself. I wasn't always the big girl..... This is my journey to lose weight, to get healthy, to eat better and above all be better to myself. Other's journeys maybe be like mine or different, but all I know is this one is mine - I will take it as it is!
